Silas Hutchinson RMT
Silas is a Registered Massage Therapist who is dedicated to helping you move better, feel better, and get back to doing the things you love. He is a graduate of The Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy, he also holds a Bachelor of Arts from Wilfrid Laurier University.
Silas has a diverse treatment style that is both focused and therapeutic, as well as relaxing and restorative. Silas utilizes an array of techniques such as myofascial release, trigger point therapy, deep tissue, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF), and general Swedish massage to address your specific needs.
Silas is committed to fostering a safe and inclusive space where his clients feel supported in their health and wellness journeys.

Sarah Bassil PT
Originally from Halifax, Nova-Scotia, Sarah completed her Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience at Dalhousie University in 2017. With a strong passion for the human body and helping people, she then pursued her Master of Health Sciences in Physiotherapy from the University of Ottawa in 2020. Sarah is happy to provide services in English and French.
Since her childhood, Sarah has been part of multiple competitive sport’s teams including track & field, soccer, basketball, and volleyball. For a big part of her life, Sarah practiced Martial Arts and holds a 1st degree black belt in Karate. Through such involvement, she gained a well-rounded understanding of human movement and mechanisms of injuries in a variety of different settings.
Sarah is eager to help and empower patients to reach their goals through education, tailored exercise, and manual therapy. Sarah is keen on continuing her education to further her professional development – she has taken post-graduate courses in manual & manipulative therapy as well as courses in the prevention & treatment of running injuries.

Megan Violi PT
Megan graduated with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Alberta, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Health Physiology (minor in Adapted and Therapeutic Physical Activity) from the University of Calgary. Prior to moving to Nova Scotia, she worked at orthopedic and neurological clinics in Calgary, Alberta.
Megan has worked with a variety of populations across all age groups with various orthopaedic and neurological conditions, taking a special interest in ankle, knee, and spinal cord injuries. With every case, Megan aims to assess clients holistically and provide education, advocacy, and self-management tools. Through a combination of manual therapy, dry needling, and therapeutic exercise prescription, Megan’s overarching goal is to get her clients back to their various activities while preventing reinjury and promoting longevity.

Chelsea Gittens DC
Dr. Chelsea Gittens, DC, BSc (Kinesiology), is a chiropractor dedicated to providing personalized, evidence-based care to help patients move better, feel stronger, and function at their best. She graduated from Dalhousie University and earned her Doctor of Chiropractic from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. Dr. Chelsea has a special interest in musculoskeletal care, injury rehabilitation, and supporting patients of all activity levels through hands-on treatment, rehabilitation, and patient education. Veronique Trottier PT, FCAMP

Véronique earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Ottawa in 2002. Originally from rural Ontario, she briefly worked in Ottawa before venturing out to discover the East Coast, where she worked in New Brunswick and Nova Scotia.
Later, Véronique worked in rural Australia for a year before returning to Nova Scotia, the place she now calls “home.” She has trained extensively in manual therapy and received her diploma in Intermediate Manual and Manipulative therapy in 2010 and the Advanced Diploma in 2013. She is registered as a Fellow with the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapists (FCAMPT). CAMPT-Certified ™ physiotherapists offer clinical expertise from advanced training to help our patients get better, recover faster and stay healthier.
She has also completed post-graduate courses in muscle imbalances, acupuncture, core stabilization, and functional dry needling. Working mainly in private practice, Véronique has gained knowledge in treating various orthopedic conditions of all age groups at various fitness levels. Her treatment approach is hands-on with a focus on exercise and education to help everyone she treats be involved in their rehabilitation.
Outside of work, Véronique loves spending time outdoors with her husband and twin boys and stays active with biking, hiking, cross country skiing and yoga.
